Redwood Valley Career Exploration/Leadership program is an opportunity to develop self-confidence, maturity, and a better understanding of personal interactions in the world of work.

The Redwood Valley Career Exploration/Leadership Program is a combined effort of Redwood Falls area businesses and Redwood Valley High School. The intent of the program is to provide students with expanded experiential opportunities in the areas of leadership, career exploration and apprenticeship.
