The Redwood Valley Media Center is located in the east end of the Redwood  Valley High School building. It is connected both to the Middle School and High School. The Media Center serves approximately 1,000 students in grades 5-12.  Available in the Media Center is a 14-station Nancy Estebo Learning Center, five computers for Accelerated Reader testing and production, plus two look-up stations for Media Center materials. The Media Center has an inventory of about 19,000 titles. These materials are checked out for a three-week period with one renewal. The Media Center provides many useful learning systems that can be used by the students. Winnebago Spectrum is the card catalog system. Magazine and newspaper databases are provided through ELM- Electronic Library for Minnesota. Grolier's Online provides access to Encyclopedia Americana, Grolier's, The New Book of Knowledge, New Book of Popular Science, Lands and Peoples, and America the Beautiful. Other databases may vary from year to year. Direct access to the internet is available.
