The Redwood Area Dollars for Scholars, Orrin S. Estebo Chapter was established in the early 2000’s under the umbrella of the Redwood Area Education Foundation.  The ultimate goal of the chapter is to award every Redwood Valley High School graduating senior who pursues post-secondary education a Dollars for Scholars scholarship. 

 

The first class to receive a Dollars for Scholars scholarship was the Class of 2002, when 16 scholarships were awarded.  In 2007, the chapter was able to award every senior who applied a scholarship.  A total of 52 students received Dollars for Scholars scholarships for a total of $36,500.
